To achieve its legendary performance, the 1970 LT1 used some of the best internal engine parts GM ever made. A solid lifter motor featuring; forged steel crankshaft, 4-bolt main block, 11:1 compression, impact-extruded pistons, high-lift camshaft, low restriction ram-horn exhaust manifolds, aluminum intake manifold, 4-barrel Holley 800 CFM carburetor and finned aluminum valve covers.
Aside from its performance characteristics, a "real-deal" documented 1970 LT1 is an investment-grade Corvette due to its rich history and rarity. Only 1,287 of these were made in 1970.
This is a 5-time NCRS top-flight winner fully restored in its original Donneybrooke Green over a saddle interior. Equipped with its original LT1 350/370hp with a Muncie 4-speed and independent rear suspension with performance axle ratio option.
