Check out this 1968 Corvette in survivor condition, originally sold at Luby Chevrolet in Denver Colorado.It is showing a mere 38,152 miles on the odometer that is believed to be original and supported by the title. This vehicle has had only one owner since it was acquired by our dealership. Make sure to take a look at the copy of the original title included with the vehicle.

Upon our acquisition of this vehicle, it became apparent the previous owner was not running a zinc additive in the oil. Shortly after we bought it one of the cam lobes went flat. We pulled the engine and had it totally machined and rebuilt to stock specs. The only difference is we went to a modern hydraulic roller camshaft so zinc additive is no longer needed. The freshly rebuilt engine runs very strong and the Corvette rides very tight just like you would expect in a low mileage car. Both the engine, transmission and rear end appear to be numbers matching original.

The exterior paint appears to be mostly original and is finished in Silverstone Silver. For a 55 year old paint job it certainly does show its fair share of character and imperfections. Overall it is in very good shape for its age. We do know the soft top has been redone as some point in time and it appears the front seats have too.
