There is little that can be understated when one considers the 1955-57 two-seat Ford Thunderbird. Considered a classic since its introduction. The Thunderbird was marketed not as a sports car but as a “personal car” aimed at the man or couple not ready to give up the enjoyment of motoring for a stoic design but wanting more in terms of overall size and comfort than other similar models offered. It was a big hit, and the model in this configuration lasted three years before Ford successfully transitioned it to a four-seat platform for 1958.
This example from the final year, 1957, had a color change to Colonial White with a matching hardtop. Complimented by a stunning Black/White interior. It is a factory D-code, which denoted the new 312/245 HP V-8 engine, featuring a single 4-barrel carburetor. The engine is backed by a 3-speed automatic transmission, and this car features power steering and power brakes. This vehicle is a very nice older restoration that is highly optioned. Including power windows and the rare power bench seat option. CALL TODAY 720-465-5104 - $44,900 OBO
